Computer Skills Courses Offered At Exeter Adult Education

Whether you are just starting to use a computer or wish to improve your existing skills, Exeter Adult Education can help.

Whether you need to start from square one or improve your existing skills, Exeter Adult Education can help.

For beginners or those with we have an Introduction to Computer Basics & Intermediate Computer Basics course offered on Thursday evenings for 4 weeks beginning February 15th. The Introductory class runs from 5:30-7pm and the Intermediate class runs from 7:15-8:45 pm, $90 for either course.

Individuals with adequate keyboarding skills and basic PC knowledge can enroll in any of the following courses:

  • Google Suite Applications, 4 weeks, beginning Monday, March 12, 5:30-7 pm, $95
  • Introduction to Excel, 5 weeks, beginning Tuesday, March 6, from 6-8 pm, $100.
  • Adobe InDesign, 6 weeks, beginning Thursday, March 8, 6-8pm, $110.
  • Intermediate Excel, 5 weeks, beginning Tuesday, April 10, from 6-8 pm, $100.
  • Introduction to Word, 5 weeks, beginning Thursday, March 22, from 5:30 – 7:30pm, $100
  • QuickBooks Online Essentials 101, 1 night Tuesday, March 20, from 6:30-8:30 pm, $30
  • QuickBooks Online Essentials 102, 1 night Tuesday, March 27, from 6:30-8:30 pm, $30
  • Group Organizing Made Easy with Surveys & Forms, 3 weeks, beginning May 9, 5:30-7:30 pm, $70
  • Beginner Visual Presentations, 3 weeks, beginning Monday, April 9, 5:30 – 7:30pm, $95.

All computer courses are taught in Windows 7 using Microsoft Office 2010 and are designed for different levels of experience. Those who have limited or no experience with a PC and Windows should take the Introduction to Computer Basics prior to other courses. All other courses are for those confident with Windows and who have good keyboarding and mouse skills.

Exeter Adult Education students come from communities throughout Southeastern New Hampshire. Residency in Exeter or SAU 16 is NOT required. Classes meet one night per week. Pre-registration is required for all classes.
