• 3:27 p.m. Peter Stopler, 61, of Ogunquit, Maine, was charged with simple assault and reckless conduct.
• 4:34 p.m. Theft was reported on Court Street.
• 4:51 p.m. A loose animal was reported on Columbus Avenue.
