COP LOG: Man Charged with Aggravated DWI
There were several more alcohol-related arrests.

The following are excerpts from the Exeter police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sun., May 27
- 12:46 a.m. Loitering was reported on Portsmouth Avenue.
- 2:59 a.m. Michael Arndt, 22, of North Hampton, was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and a brake light violaton. His bail was set at $1,500.
- 9:58 p.m. A 17-year-old from Exeter was charged with resisting arrest.
- 9:58 p.m. A 20-year-old from Exeter was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
- 9:58 p.m. Matthew Leib, 24, of Newmarket, was charged with prohibited sales of alcohol.
- 10:01 p.m. An assault was reported on Lindenfields Drive.

- 6:36 p.m. Nicholas Chevalier, 24, of Exeter, was charged with theft.
- 8:43 p.m. Martin Abreu, 43, of Lynn, Mass., was charged with assault and reckless conduct. His bail was set at $10,000.
Fri., May 25
- 9:05 a.m. A subpoena was served on Portsmouth Avenue.
- 1:09 p.m. An animal complaint was made on Court Street.
- 3:25 p.m. A burglary was reported on Woodlawn Circle.
- 10:24 p.m. A 20-year-old from Exeter was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
- 11:53 p.m. A noise complaint was made on Lincoln Street.
