COP LOG: Mass. Man Charged with Reckless Operation

Tue., Nov. 29
- 1:19 p.m. Matthew Stamp, 22, of Lowell, Mass. was charged with reckless operation and conduct after an accident.
Wed. Nov. 30
- 8:23 a.m. Candi Serounian, 36, was charged with conduct after an accident, operating after suspension, and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle.
- 2:41 p.m. Robert Clarke, 52, of Exeter, was charged with theft and issuing bad checks. More information about his arrest can be found .
