Newfields Man Charged with Distributing Drugs

Tue., Aug. 16

• 12:19 a.m. Lisa Beal, 28, of Exeter, was charged with disorderly conduct, simple assault, and breach of bail. She was held on no bail.
• 12:19 a.m. Eric Pittsley, 37, of Exeter, was charged with simple assault. He was released on $1,000 bail.
• 12:22 p.m. David Messineo, 41, of Pelham, was charged with unsworn falsification.He was released on $11,000 bail.
• 9:32 p.m. Brian Mooney, 39, of Exeter, was charged with trespassing. He was transported to the Rockingham County Jail pending an arraignment.

Wed., Aug. 17

• 6:27 a.m. Terry Adams, 29, of Raymond, was arrested on a warrant for operating under suspension and transporting an alcoholic beverage. He was held pending an arraignment.
• 8:15 a.m. Steven Reynolds, 22, of Exeter, was chagred with reckless operation. He was released on $5,000 bail.
• 11:25 p.m. James Dubanoski, 23, of Newfields, was charged with possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute. He was released on $750 bail.
• 11:25 p.m. A 19-year-old from Kensington was charged with transporting an alcoholic beverage. The subject was released on $500 bail.

Thur., Aug. 18

• 4:50 a.m. Michael Monroe, 28, of Hooksett, was charged with resisting arrest, simple assault, and disorderly conduct. He was transported to Rockingham County Jail pending an arraignment.
• 5:29 p.m. Franklin Perry, 68, of Stratham, was charged with DWI. He was released on $500 bail.
