Criminal Allegations Filed Against Newmarket School District Officials

Criminal allegations have been filed by me with Rockingham County Prosocter Patricia Conway and the NH Attorney General’s office against every Newmarket School Board member and each Superintendent from 2016 through today.

The allegations include conspiracy to commit fraud upon the Courts and aiding and abetting crimes committed against the state. There is no statute of limitations for public officials who commit crimes while in office.

I allege each member of the Newmarket School board serving from 2015 through today knew the School District was engaged in crimes against the State and that they took no action to prevent these crimes from occurring. I further alleged many of these public officials and employees conspired to perpetuate many of the crimes committed.

To be convicted of an accessory charge, the accused must prove that the person knew that a crime was occurring, about to occur, or had been committed. Furthermore, there must be evidence that the accessory knew that their action, or inaction, assisted the criminals to commit the crime, evade detection, or escape. Moreover, Some jurisdictions have criminal facilitation laws that are used in some crimes.

Those accused include Mike Kenison, Kim Shelton, Al Zink, Nathan Lunney, Elizabeth McKinney, Gary Swanson, Amy Tilton, Andrew Haemker, Philip Nazzaro, Ingrid Ahleberg, Heather Durant, Jennifer Wieselquist, Dan Smith, Susan Givens, Meredith Nadeau, and Todd Allen and School District Attorney Barbara Loughman.

The Newmarket School District is a corrupt criminal organization. This corruption has wasted vast sums of Newmarket taxpayer funds and wasted Court resources. When legal accountability does come, restitution to taxpayers and the Courts must be included in that accountability.
