Best-selling author Dan Brown paid a visit to tonight to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

Brown, author "The Da Vinci Code," greeted fans and signed books. Brown is the region's most successful author. He has a home in Rye.

Owner Dan Chartrand said he was humbled that Brown agreed to stop by for the celebration. Hundreds of people came out. Chartrand said he owes the store's success to the community's support. He said he's looking forward to another 20 years.

Brown wouldn't confirm if he has another book coming out, but hinted that he's been hard at work for awhile on something.
