Danville Man Accused Of Shooting Another Person: Superior Court

Kensington man indicted on rape, child sex images charges; woman indicted on strangulation, assault charges; felon indicted on gun charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Donald R. Boisvert, 52, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on March 20, 2021, in Candia. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in July 2016.

Cory Leon Bonugli Jr., 41, of Old Derry Road in Londonderry on two felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges. On March 19, in Londonderry, he was accused of possessing a 9 mm Polymer 80 semi-automatic pistol and a rifle of an unknown brand with no serial number. Bonugli is a felon due to a breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony and-or theft of a firearm charge in Fitchburg MA District Court in October 1998.

Travis S. Bookholz, 26, of Laraway Court in Derry on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of defrauding Progressive on Dec. 14, 2021, in Derry by reporting a vehicle accident and claim, saying a policy was in place when it was not.

Carrie Boyce, 40, of North Shore Road in Derry on felony second-degree assault-strangulation and simple assault charges. She was accused of strangling and striking or grabbing another person on Sept. 26, 2021, in Derry.

Charles Sidney Boyce, 39, of North Shore Road in Derry on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Kilrea Road in Derry on Sept. 26, 2021.

Jake Edward Briere, 24, of Wheeler Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of failing to notify, stop, or speak with police after a crash in Northwood on June 20, 2021.

Branden M. Brown, 35, of Spruce Road in Danville on first-degree assault, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon-domestic violence, and four reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of discharging a Glock 43 9 mm during an altercation with an adult and three children and shooting the adult in the leg on March 6 in Danville.

Janell Elizabeth Brown, 46, of Pleasant View Circle in Dover on possession of methamphetamine and possession of clonazepam, subsequent charges, both felonies, on Jan. 13 in Danville.

Todd A. Burnim, 54, of South Road in Kensington on 10 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of felonious sexual assault, and 15 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling two children repeatedly between May 14, 2012, and May 13, 2019, in Kensington. The image charges were between Jan. 18, and Jan. 19, in Kensington.

Kevin Michael Carr, 43, of Joy Street in Pittsfield on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan owned by another person in Plaistow on Feb. 13.

Jack N. Calascibetta, 44, of Robinlea Circle in Woburn, Massachusetts, on a possession of a buprenorphine charge on Nov. 30, 2021, in Seabrook. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Lynn District Court in Massachusetts.
