Destination: 5K, a supportive training program for new runners

Thinking about running but not sure where to start? Wondering where January went and why it took your resolutions with it?  Looking for a way to battle the winter blues and spend more time outside this spring? 

Make this the year you finally tackle your first 5K! Whether you plan to run or walk (or perhaps a little of both), this small group training program will support you every step of the way.  

Each session will include a warm-up, progressive drills with instruction, and a cool down period with core work and stretching.  You’ll also receive a customized workout plan to follow between sessions and reminders to help you stay on track.

The best part? You can start anytime!  Just drop in for any Wednesday evening class and leave with your first weekly workout.
