Dr. Susan Givens and other School Administrators Resign from Newmarket

I have been publicly calling for Newmarket School Superintendent Susan Givens to be removed from her position for several years now for engaging in unethical, immoral, and criminal acts which have included knowingly and repeatedly lying to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

While I am greatly pleased Givens has finally resigned, the Newmarket School Board should not allow this to happen. Givens should be removed by the school board for cause, and held accountable for her many bad acts.

The Newmarket School Board, however, would never seek to remove Givens for her bad acts. This is true because the school board knew all along about Givens's bad acts. They not only knew about the bad acts…they were deeply involved and authorized the bad acts outside of public view.

I have repeatedly informed the NH DOE and the Governor's office of the horrible actions of these corrupt Newmarket officials. So far, that state has largely ignored my allegations. This is unacceptable. The Governor and Commissioner of Education MUST take action!

The criminal actions of Newmarket School District officials have cost Newmarket taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars in misappropriated legal fees spent to hide their criminal acts. This is unacceptable.

Susan Givens and the Newmarket School Board believe they are above the law. They are not. The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office has opened an investigation into my allegations against Givens and the board. The truth of their corruption and other misconduct will come to light and there will be legal accountability.
