DWI Checkpoint This Week

Police will conduct a sobriety checkpoint in the Seacoast.

The checkpoint will be held this week in Seabrook. Police did not say exactly where or when it will occur.

"The use of alcohol by individuals who operate motor vehicles has resulted in an alarming number of deaths and personal injury accidents," police said in a statement. "New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight (drunk driving) and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their full extent."
