Elderly Exeter Man Arrested on Conduct After an Accident Charge
Lodowick Crofoot was charged after an incident in Concord in May.

CONCORD, NH - Police in the capital city arrested a local man on a conduct after an accident charge, according to police.
Lodowick F. Crofoot, 75, of Elm Street in Exeter, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on June 14, 2016, for conduct after an accident

The charge stems from an alleged incident in a parking lot at St. Paul’s School on Dunbarton Road on May 7, 2016.

Crofoot was arrested by the Exeter Police on the Concord warrant and is due in court on July 11.
