Epping Student Races Into The Weekend!

(Epping, NH)  October 11, 12, and 13 one of the region’s most exciting racing events takes place at LEE USA Speedway, in Lee NH.   The annual Octoberfest will attract competitors and fans from across New England and even Canada to get one last exciting race weekend in before it’s  time to put the cars away for the winter.

Right in the middle of all the excitement will be the Jake Cray Racing #02 Northeast Classic Lite Dwarf Car entry driven by Epping’s Jake Cray.  Jake is comfortably  8th in points in the division and holds a commanding lead for the 2013 Rookie of The Year title. Jake is a high school junior at GBeCS High School in Exeter.

“We’re planning to give it our all this weekend” says Cray “we’ll use everything we have learned this year and work hard to finish our season off strong”.  One thing Cray has on his side is momentum,  in his last few outings he has run very strong only to be the recipient of some bad luck along the way. “We’ve had a little bit of bad luck on the track and have been caught up in a few things that were out of our control” commented Cray, “We’re feeling really good about this weekend, I love racing with this group of guys, and with a little ‘good’ luck, you’ll see us up front!”
