Beginners Conditioning 5K Running Program - Swazey Striders

This running progam is dedicated to the beginner runner and provides you with fitness, knowledge, and suport needed to complete a 5K road race.

FITNESS

Coached by a certified personal trainer and a motivational runner you can expect weekly group runs along with strength training and basic yoga poses for stretching.

Learn from your coaches as well as guest speakers about such topics as injury prevention, picking the correct running shoes, nutrition and what to wear.

Meet new friends and train in a supportive, non-competative environment.  

Meet dates:Tues. 6:15p/Sat 7:15a Swazey park Exeter, NH

Kick-off meeting Tues. March 13th, 6:15pm 30 Linden St.

Meeting times vary 45 - 90 minutes.
