EXETER PARKS & RECREATION

The Exeter Parks & Recreation is pleased to announce that the 38th season of the “Letters to Santa” program will begin soon with assistance from numerous volunteer “elves” such as individuals and civic groups in the area. If you are a good-natured, responsible adult, or teen, who would like to be considered as one of Santa’s letterwriting elves, please contact the Exeter Parks & Recreation office at 32 Court St., Monday through Friday 8:15a.m. – 4:15p.m. We can also be reached by phone at 603- 773-6151.

Santa will start answering letters beginning December 1st. To all parents, grandparents, and well-meaning adults: please let your children write their own letter. Little ones may dictate a letter to a parent. Santa would also love to receive pictures from the children.

Please be sure to have the child’s

NAME, AGE, AND FULL RETURN ADDRESS ON

THE LETTER AND ENVELOPE.

Santa and his helpers do try very hard to reply to each and every letter. This program is free of charge. Sorry, due to the busyness of the season for Santa and his volunteer helpers, only letters from individual children will receive a response.

Please do not ask to have letters from Santa written to pets; children deserve Santa’s full attention. Due to the volume of holiday mail, the final date to send your letter to Santa is  Friday, December 16th, as Santa wants to be sure all letters are answered and delivered.

To send your letter to Santa, please label the envelope:

You may also hand-carry your letter to the Exeter Parks & Recreation Office by Monday, December 19th. Santa will send a personalized letter back, direct from the North Pole.
