D. from the Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine, where he is the Director of the New England Environmental Finance Center.  With Samuel, we will be discussing the rising tide phenomenon on the New Hampshire Seacoast.  

Our next guests are all about ice cream!  Susan Scacchi is the local author of The Big Scoop Book : An Ice Cream Lover's Guide to New Hampshire, where she explores ice cream around the state.  Todd Picanso is the owner of Airfield Ice Cream in North Hampton, NH, where you can scoop up some delicious ice cream while watching planes take off and land -  not your typical ice cream experience!
