Your Weigh to Wellness

Your "Weigh to Wellness" is an 8 week comprehensive weight management program.

Each week a new module to the program will be introduced. A FREE "Information Session" will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011 at 5:50pm at Exeter Healthcare in Conference Room 1. The actual program will begin on Tuesday, Sept.13 at Exeter Healthcare in Conference Room 1.

Registration is required and can be made by calling Exeter Hospital's call center at (603)580-6668. The program fee is $125 and required at time of registration. For your convenience Visa, Discover or MasterCard are accepted at time of registration.
