Exeter Boy Named MDA Goodwill Ambassador
Cohl Capparelli, 8, will represent the state of New Hampshire for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in 2016.

EXETER, NH - Cohl Capparelli, a happy and energetic 8 year-old from Exeter, has been named the state of New Hampshire Goodwill Ambassador for the Muscular Dystrophy Association for 2016, according to the MDA.
As the new Goodwill Ambassador, Cohl will make public appearances throughout the community, representing individuals and families living with muscle disease. MDA ambassadors play an essential role in motivating the public to help MDA through donations and volunteer action.
Cohl is the son of Kerri and Nick Capparelli. He was recently diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Type 3 (SMA). SMA is one of the muscle diseases covered by MDA’s research and care programs.

Cohl is currently in the third grade. He enjoys playing sled hockey and is in his third year of Cub Scouts. His favorite subjects in school are music, reading and science. Cohl enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends and family.
