
An Exeter man charged with having child porn in his apartment at The Meeting Place complex remains in custody after his bail was revoked, according to court documents.
Thomas Rogers had lived at 4 Meeting Place Dr., Apt. 407. He with five counts of possessing images that depict children being sexually abused. The alleged images were found by property managers who were conducting an inspection.
Court documents show Rogers appeared to try and pay his $100,000 bail, but prosecutors revoked it because they said he broke his bail conditions. The documents did not say exactly how Rogers allegedly violated his bail.

Rogers remains in the custody of Rockingham County Jail officials as he awaits possible indictment by a grand jury – at which point he could face a trial.
