The US Junior Amateur Golf Championship is the country’s most prestigious Junior Amateur tournament.  Created in 1948, the US Junior Amateur determines the best junior golfer in the United States and helps young players learn how to realize the most from the game, win or lose.  Past winners include Tiger Woods, David Duval and Hunter Mahan and the Championship has served as a launching point for the careers of some of the greatest golfers of all time.

This is the first USGA Championship to be hosted by the Golf Club of New England and the State of New Hampshire.  At more than 7,500 yards long, this championship course is an imaginative blend of lush fairways, greens and natural waterways.  Designed by Arnold Palmer, this world-class course will challenge, but not discourage the players, while providing them with the chance to test their distance and accuracy.
