Breweries like Harpoon, Goose Island, and Lagunitas will serve up brews during today's beer/chili festival.
The Exeter Powder Keg Beer and Chili Festival will be held Sat., Oct. 20 at Swasey Parkway from 12 to 4 p.m. There will be live music. You can purchase tickets to the event at the gate.
Tickets are $25, and include a souvenir tasting glass, eight beer sample tickets, five chili sample tickets and access to the live music. Designated driver tickets for those who won't be drinking are also available for $5.

The festival is being organized by the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce and the town's Parks & Recreation Department. It's being held in conjunction with the annual Fall Festival – also on Swasey Parkway. There will be hay wagon rides, an apple pie baking contest, crafts, and more.
