The Exeter girls soccer squad Saturday night had its state title streak snapped at the hands of Bedford, which downed the Blue Hawks 1-0 in the Division 1 championship game.
Exeter, which was ranked No. 1 in the country according to a national coaches' poll, had won four straight state titles and was undefeated this year.
Bedford got its lone goal from junior Asha Steele.
