Exeter Holding Tax Sale on Front Street Condo

The town will accept bids on a condominium as part of a tax sale.

The one-bedroom condo is at 156 Front Steet, unit 111. The minimum bid is $55,807.29. Bids will be accepted until August 26th at 4 p.m. They will be opened by Selectmen that night.

Here's the description of the condo on the town website.

"The property is being sold 'as is' with no representations or warranties.

"Successful bidders will provide the Town of Exeter with a 10 percent deposit on the property within 3 days, with the balance delivered by certified bank check within 30 days of the acceptance of bid.

"The Town reserves the right to reject all bids deemed not in the best interest of the Town. Those wishing to view the property may call the Town of Exeter Town Offices at 778-0591, x102 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for an appointment.  Email: sriffle@exeternh.gov."
