3. The owners of the Green Bean are opening a new restaurant next door to their Water Street spot.
4. The Ioka theater downtown still features the message "Governor Hassan please help stop the Northern Pass" on its marquee. Owner Alan Lewis had the message put up. Lewis is trying to sell the historic theater.
