Exeter Hospital Hosts Advanced Care Workshop

EXETER, NH
– HealthReach Community Education of Exeter Hospital is offering a free 2 hour
workshop entitled “Having the Conversation: Talking About and Planning Your
Wishes for Future Healthcare”.  This
workshop is designed to help community members understand the advance care
process for themselves and their loved ones. 
The class is being offered on Thursday, June 26, 4:00 – 6:00 pm in Exeter Hospital’s
Conference Room 2 North. The
class is free but registration is required by calling 603-580-6668.
