Exeter's historic Ioka building is being auctioned off.
A message on its marquee that was recently put up says there will be a public auction of the building Dec. 1 at 11 a.m. A man who said he was the owner today declined to talk about why it's being auctioned off.
It operated as a theater until 2008, when its former club Ioka was turned into 48 Below, a club that has since closed.

Recently, the Ioka had hosted events like the the Super Secret Project musical parody group from New Hampshire and Zumba workout exercises.
