Exeter LitFest Hosts January Storytelling Fundraiser
Moth Style Event Planned at the Word Barn

EXETER__Tickets are now available for A Midwinter Night’s Dream, an evening of storytelling and snacks to benefit the Exeter LitFest.
The January 16 event will be held at the Word Barn in Exeter from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Featured storytellers include Barbara Rimkunas, Pat Spalding, Debbie Kane, Rob Richards, Jack Herney and Molly Simmons. Their first-person winter themed stories will be similar to the style heard in the Moth.
The Exeter LitFest, held for the first time in 2019, recently received approval as a 501c-3 non-profit organization with the intention of making the festival an annual event. January’s event will benefit the newly formed non-profit to help offset costs of the Second Annual Exeter LitFest slated for April 3 and 4 of 2020. The inaugural festival in April of 2019 included a keynote by Da Vinci Code author Dan Brown, as well as events with Joe Hill, Brendan Dubois, and NH Teen Poet Laureate Cate Dixon.
