Exeter LitFest and Long Story Short Partner in Fall Storytelling Event

Tickets Now On Sale for October 23rd Event at the Word Barn in Exeter

EXETER__The Exeter LitFest is partnering with Long Story Short to present “Turning the Page” an afternoon of storytelling and snacks at the Word Barn in Exeter.

Tickets are now available through the Word Barn for the October 23 fundraiser which will feature six storytellers and takes place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The event marks the halfway point to the Exeter LitFest, held annually during the first weekend of April, and the keynote author for 2023 will be announced.

Featured stoytellers include Ryan Chiavetta, Ann Czaja, Paul Doncaster, Barbara Rimkunas, Rick Mahoney and Bree Zephyr. LitFest Board member and local author, Lara Bricker, will be the emcee for the festivities.

The Exeter LitFest is thrilled to have food and wine sponsors for "Turning the Page” including Il Cornicello, Otto Pizza, Street and Vino e Vivo. Beer and wine will also be available that day.

Held for the first time in 2019, the Exeter LitFest is a 501C-3 non-profit organization that hosts an annual event the first weekend of April. The inaugural festival included a keynote by Da Vinci Code author Dan Brown, as well as events with Joe Hill, Brendan Dubois, and NH Teen Poet Laureate Cate Dixon.
