Exeter Man Arrested in Portsmouth

PORTSMOUTH, NH - A local man was arrested last month on a restraining order charge.

Robert J. O’Leary, 33, of Union Street in Exeter, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on April 1, 2016, for violation of a protective order.
