Exeter Man Charged with Aggravated DWI

The following are excerpts from the Exeter police log. A charge does not indicate a conviction.

Fri., Sept. 13

  • 7:37 a.m. A subpoena was served on Court Street.
  • 12:50 p.m. A missing person was reported on Bell Avenue.
  • 4:37 p.m. Criminal threatening was reported on Portsmouth Avenue.
  • 6:15 p.m. Robert Frese, 58, of Exeter, was charged with stalking, tampering with witness information, violating a protective order, criminal trespassing, theft, and receiving stolen property. Bail was set at $25,000. 
  • 6:24 p.m. A loose animal was reported on John West Road.
  • 6:48 p.m. Nathan May, 46, of Exeter, was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI. He was released on $7,500 bail.
