Exeter Man Charged With Animal Cruelty

10:18 a.m. Thomas Villeneuve, 49, of Exeter, was charged with assault and animal cruelty. He was held on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment.

12:18 p.m. A 19-year-old from Exeter was charged with selling drugs and conspiracy. The subject was released on $5,000 bail.

2:33 p.m. Stephen Ladd, 57, of Exeter, was charged with drug possession and transporting drugs. He was released on $500 bail.

3:31 p.m. Kenneth Mulrey, 23, of Exeter, was charged with burglary. He was held on $5,000 bail.
