Exeter Man Charged with Disobeying Officer, Drug Offenses

Sun., Dec. 9
- 2:11 a.m. Jeremy Rubin, 18, of Cambridge, Mass. was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and criminal trespass. Bail was set at $750 personal recognizance.
- 9:05 a.m. Police were called to an abandoned motor vehicle on Court Street.
- 12:37 p.m. Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct on Winslow Drive.
- 1:41 p.m. Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Pleasant Street.
Mon., Dec. 10
- 12:17 p.m. Police investigated a report of a theft on Portsmouth Avenue
- 4:14 p.m. Police responded to a noise complaint on Allen Street.
- 8:51 p.m.: Justin Scamman, 28, of Exeter was charged with disobeying an officer, two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and speed. He was held on $5,000 bail. Lauren Frayne, 26, of Hampton was charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

- 11:03 a.m. Police investigated a report of fraud on Sterling Hill Lane.
- 1:37 p.m. Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Exeter Road.
- 3:06 p.m. Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Front Street.
- 4:14 p.m. Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Portsmouth Avenue.
Wed., Dec. 12
- 12:18 a.m.: Chantalle Marcoux, 32, of Belmont was charged with operating after suspension. Bail was set at $500 personal recognizance.
- 10:05 a.m.: Police received a report of a theft on Hampton Road.
- 1:05 p.m.: William Marks, 25, of Newmarket was issued a summons for prohibited sales, alcoholic beverages.
- 4:02 p.m.: Kevin Korzeniewski, 26, of Exeter was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and receiving stolen property. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.
- 4:26 p.m.: Daniel MacDonald, 24, of Fremont was charged with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $2,000 personal recognizance.
