Exeter's Brendan DuBois Finishes Strong in 'Jeopardy!'

Exeter's Brendan DuBois finished a strong run on the game show "Jeopardy!," coming in second place in his second game during an episode that aired tonight.

DuBois, a novelist and former newspaper reporter, won his first game and brought home $23,000.

DuBois put in a strong performance but lost in his second game, which aired tonight. He was leading with $8,400 after first round but fell to last place by the end of the second round.

DuBois' winning round aired Saturday morning. The shows were taped several months ago.
