Exeter's Victoria Arlen 'On Cloud Nine'
The Exeter High School student won a gold medal in the 2012 London Paralympics.
Exeter's Victoria Arlen said she's "on cloud nine" after winning a gold medal and three silvers in the 2012 London Paralympics.
Arlen spoke to WMUR-TV about the experience.
"There's nothing like it," she said.
