Local Family Members Arrested on Warrants
A missing person was also reported on Hilton Avenue.

The following are excerpts from the Exeter police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Fri., Dec. 28
- 7:19 a.m. A burglar alarm went off on Portsmouth Avenue.
- 7:36 a.m. A loose animal was reported on Meeting Place Drive.
- 9:03 a.m. Theft was reported on Meeting Place Drive.
- 10:25 a.m. A loose animal was reported on Epping Road.
- 10:57 a.m. A crash was reported on Brentwood Road.
- 11:03 a.m. A burglar alarm went off on Lincoln Street.
- 2 p.m. Barbara Emilio, 36, of Exeter, was arrested on a warrant for giving a false report to law enforcement. Bail was set at $500. Christopher Emilio, 37, of Hampton Falls, was also arrested on warrant for two counts reckless driving. He was released on personal recognizance bail.
- 2:57 p.m. A crash was reported on Oaklands Road.
- 3:56 p.m. A loose animal was reported on Drinkwater Road.
- 5:42 p.m. A business alarm went off on Continental Drive. It turned out to be accidental.
- 7:24 p.m. Cavan Moore, 26, of Raymond, was charged with three counts of second-degree assault for allegedly abusing a 2-month-old child. He was held on $25,000 bail. Read more about his arrest here.
- 9:37 p.m. A missing person was reported on Hilton Avenue. The person returned home a short time later.
