Carkhuff, according to marshals, was wanted out of Rockingham County for probation violations stemming from a first-degree assault conviction. A warrant was issued for his arrest on Sept. 10, 2015, for the fugitive with a warning that he had “violent tendencies.” He was scheduled to be a Fugitive of the Week this week but Barrington Police caught him on Sept. 21.
