Former Tyco Chief Dennis Kozlowski Set to Be Freed

Kozlowski stole more than $100 million from Tyco, which was formerly based in Exeter.

Former Tyco CEO Dennis Kozlowski, who became a symbol of corporate greed after stealing more than $100 million from the company, is set to be paroled next month.

His tentative release date is Jan. 17, according to Fox News.

Tyco's headquarters were in Exeter during part of Kozlowski's tenure.

According to BusinessWeek, Kozlowski was the person who persuaded Tyco to move its headquarters from Exeter to New York.

He infamously used some of the stolen money to buy a $6,000 shower curtain for his wife, among other extravagant purchases.
