Get Ready for the First Annual Officer Stephen Arkell Community 5K

On April 4, the community will be holding the first annual 5k run/walk to raise money for the Officer Stephen Arkell Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The race will start at noon at the Brentwood Recreation Center on Route 125.

The race is being established to remember and honor Stephen’s bravery and dedication and all police and first responders. Our long term goal is to host an annual run in Brentwood to honor and remember the selfless sacrifice of Officer Arkell.

We are in the process of setting up a non-profit 501(c)3 and establishing a scholarship committee. All proceeds of the race will be used for scholarship. Please check back soon to learn more about this scholarship opportunity.
