Getting to the Source: From Farm to Fork, A local food-coaching program includes tours with farmers, fishermen and local brewers.

Two women wanting to celebrate the abundance of local food available in the seacoast area and connect people to the source of their food!

After teaching cooking classes and running wellness programs, Kath Gallant, owner of Blue Moon Evolution restaurant and Tracey Miller, Holistic Health Coach, started Dig In: Real Food Solutions to create a supportive, broader community of people who want to feel empowered by what they eat.

They offer a virtual program that folks can enjoy from the comfort of their kitchen, or an exciting community program with trips to local farmers, fisherman, and brewers on Wednesday evenings. Participants also get a Summer Cookbook, daily cooking and health tips, weekly cooking videos, and become part of a community that is passionate about local food!

We are getting to the source this summer. This program is perfect for anyone who loves to cook or needs some help in the kitchen!” said Miller.

Participants create sustainable changes that will keep them healthy for a lifetime. “I am experimenting more with ingredients I was always afraid of, only because I didn’t know how to use them. Dig In has taught me to be brave, to be willing to try new things, and most of all, how empowering it is to have control over my body. Dig In isn’t a weight loss program, or a diet. It is a lifestyle, and for the very first time in 46 years, it is a lifestyle I can actually live with,” said Susan Marcella one of the participants.

They offer four seasonal programs. Their 8-week Summer Program begins June 24th
