A grand opening featuring live music and a 30 percent discount on food items will be held Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Brett Aylward and Ed Doris are running the new cafe.

The menu includes sandwiches, salads, rice bowls, soup, organic coffee, fresh squeezed juices, and smoothies.

The second floor will be a "community wellness room" that educators could possibly use to teach citizens about things like homeopathy.

Town officials are excited about it.

"I'm glad you're coming to town," said Selectwoman Julie Gilman at a recent government meeting. "Lincoln Street needs it."
