Good Karma for Good Karma Cafe

Good Karma Cafe should have some good karma coming its way.

The organic restaurant, which a few weeks ago, is making a donation to the Southern District YMCA/Camp Lincoln. The cafe donated 10 percent of its sales today to the youth group.

"Neighbor helping neighbor," said Rhonda Bernstein, a representative of the YMCA group.

Southern District YMCA is based in Kingston. It's on opening a new center in Exeter at old junior high school. There are plans for a pool, gym, and indoor track. The renovation may be LEED-certified. "LEED" is a nationally recognized building standard that stands for "Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design."
