One Hampton Road—an Exeter business plaza housing several companies including Access Sports Medicine—has been purchased.

The 80,000-square foot building was bought G.L. Rogers & Company, which owns several properties in New Hampshire and Maine.

"We look forward to working with the building tenants and the Exeter community," the company said in a statement.

Other tenants at One Hampton Road include MetLife, Cummings, Lamont & McNamee, and Ryder Systems.
