Healthy Eating 101: Making Sense of it All

Destination: Wellness is a Saturday morning workshop series. Throughout the series, we will cover a variety of health and wellness topics to help you and your family live healthier, more active lives.

Our first workshop will take place Saturday, March 22nd.  The topic is Healthy Eating 101: Making Sense of It All.  Let's cut through food confusion and start to make sense of it all! We’ll start with the basics and work up to practical application, whether at home, in a restaurant, or at the grocery store.  Bring your questions and leave with information that will help you make healthy choices for yourself and your family.

All sessions take place at the Newmarket Community Center located at 1 Terrace Drive.  Each workshop will run for 90 minutes, from 9-10:30 AM.

The cost per seminar is $15, or you can pay a discounted rate of $50 for the full series of four seminars.  Payment can be made upon arrival via cash, check or credit card.
