Homeless Vermont Man Charged With Attempted Escape

Plus, a Portsmouth man was arrested on a judge's order on a shoplifting charge and an Epping man was arrested for VOP.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Leanne Elliott-French, 34, of Upham Street in Rochester, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Andy Rodriguez, 43, of Turtle Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Mark E. Mahardy, 51, a homeless man now located in Burlington, VT, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the status hearing of an original charge of attempted escape. Gregory S. Witham, 20, of Wedgewood Road in Portsmouth, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent on an original charge of shoplifting.

Brodie J. Kio, 33, of Grove Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Donald C. Finney, 52, of Ham Road in Epping, was arrested on Oct. 3, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of controlled premises-fentanyl kept.

Ryan F. Lavalley, 28, of Barton Street in Newburyport, MA, was arrested on Oct. 2, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on an original charge of receiving stolen property.
