Hospital Recognizes Cancer Survivor for Donations, Time

Bob Benoit of Raymond has provided Exeter Hospital with "endless dedication," according to officials.

EXETER, NH - Bob Benoit, a cancer survivor from Raymond, was recently honored for his commitment to Exeter Hospital’s Center for Cancer Care, according to a press statement.

Moved by the level of treatment he received and the compassionate care of the clinical staff at the Center for Cancer Care, Benoit decided to join the Major Gifts Initiative Team. The team is made up of former patients and community members who share in the hospital’s mission of improving the health of the community.

“I asked Bob if he could help me share the great work of the Center for Cancer Care and his response was ‘Count me in,’” recalled Dan Raposa, director of Advancement. “Exeter Hospital is so fortunate to have the support of people like Bob. His generosity is greatly appreciated and he fully deserves to be honored. His gift of time and financial support has made a lasting impact on the Center for Cancer Care, allowing us to continue serving our community with the highest level of care.”
