Investigators Eyeing 1990s Rape Allegations Against NH Man

The NHSP and Rockingham County Attorney's Office would like to speak to anyone who knew Joseph Mosonyi; he's been indicted on two counts.

BRENTWOOD, NH — Members of the New Hampshire State Police, in conjunction with investigators in the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office, are looking to speak to anyone who had dealings with or any information about Joseph “Joe” Mosonyi. According to an alert sent to media outlets, Mosonyi has been indicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault based on reported accusations from the 1990s.

At the time of the alleged incidents, Mosonyi, according to investigator, Sgt. Sara Hennessy of the NHSP, was living in the town of Chester. Investigators are currently seeking any information from anyone who may have “any details related to the investigation” of the suspect.
