Kume Japanese Steakhouse is located at Brickyard Square in Epping. Menu items include pan-fried pork dumplings, a "Volcano Roll" (shrimp tempura, mayonaise, scallops, crabmeat, and tobiko), and fried cheesecake.

Brickyard Square is a new retail block that has been filling up in the last few months with stores like Market Basket and PetSmart. It has a movie theater, and Portsmouth-based Popovers on the Square is building a second location there.
