
Class starts in October---it is held 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. Suggested donation is $5.00.
The poses and sequences are thoughtfully and carefully chosen to help you: gain range of motion, move your body with ease, and prevent falls with happy feet exercises to increase your sense of balance. We also work on coordination to keep your brain active. Poses are carefully selected with everyone in mind. I work with your body and provide modifications when needed. Honor your body~ you can do it! It's a social event!
