
A local woman surrendered to authorities after she was featured as the U.S. Marshals' "Fugitive of the Week" in New Hampshire.
Kristin Murphy, whose last know address was in Raymond, was wanted on a probation violation related to a prior conviction for heroin conviction, according to the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
The 22-year-old turned herself in at the Manchester Police Department Tuesday, authorities said.

"She chose to do the right thing," U.S. Marshals said in a statement.
Since the inception of the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force in 2002, more than 4,300 arrests have been documented related to partnerships with the task force and local police departments. The arrests have been related to crimes including murder, assault, and unregistered sex offenders, among others.
