Local Man Arrested at DWI Checkpoint

Police made 12 arrests after screening 439 vehicles in Seabrook Friday.

A Stratham man was one of 12 people arrested during a sobriety checkpoint in Seabrook on Friday.

Jeffrey Heuer, 49, of Stratham, was arrested on a warrant for being a habitual offender. 

State police, the Hampton police department, and the Rockingham County Sheriff's office conducted the checkpoint, which was held on Route 1A.

Police screened 439 vehicles.

Below are the other 11 people who were arrested. All were scheduled for arraignment in Hampton District Court.

  • Matthew Pacdui, 24, of Salem, NH was charged with DWI
  • David A. Walsh, 58, of Rowley, MA was charged with DWI/Drugs, Possession of A Controlled Drug and Possession of A Narcotic Drug.
  • A 19-year-old from Amesbury, Mass. was charged with Possession and Transportation of A Controlled Drug and Operating After Suspension.
  • Rachelle L. Desantis, 27, of Methuen, MA was charged with DWI.
  • Phillip G. Colson, 39, of Salem, NH was charged with DWI.
  • Katherine Salmon, 20, of New Ipswich, NH was charged with DWI.
  • Thomas P. Russo, 31, of Brockton, MA was charged with DWI.
  • Sandra J. Saltamartina, 53, of Hampstead, NH was charged with DWI.
  • Melissa Mennella, 30, of Warwick, RI was charged with DWI.
  • Benjamin Hannon, 22, of Salem, NH, was charged with DWI/ Subsequent.
  • Dominic Russo, 63, of Brockton, MA was charged with DWI.
